Our flat is located at the start of the ski resort, is there any lessons leaving not far from there ?

We can propose you different meeting points on the resort (please have a look on the map). Of course, when you send a registered form, we give you the closest place from your residence. However, for certain activities as Snowboarding lessons, or "Mini-Club package, you can't choose the meeting point. Don't forget to get information about that.

Have you got ski lessons only in French, and others only in English, or are they mixed ?

With our collective groups, we can propose French courses and English ones, depending the total number of pupils.

We are a couple with children from 9 to 11. We have the same level. Can't we join the same group ?

The ski educational method for children is not really adapted for adults and vice-versa. So we can't advise all of you to ski in the same group. The best solution should be to get an instructor in private lesson.

I've got 2 children, 12 and 13 years old. I noticed that From 13, a child has to join a course for adult. If they want to be together, how can we manage ?

In general, the elder has to accept to get down to the younger's level if they both want to be in the same group. However, a 12 years old child can join an adult course and vice versa, a 13 years old skier can be enrolled in a group for children if they really want to.

I'm a beginner, and I saw that your collective group started on Sunday or on Monday. What can I do if I arrive on Wednesday for instance ?

In order to harmonize the groups' level, we can't enrol new beginners from Tuesday. But of course, you can join this group after this day if you take one or two private lessons.

What's the maximum number of pupils in a collective Group ?

There are no real rules about that, but we try, depending our schedules, not to have more than 10/12 people according to the period.

I enrolled my children in the kindergarten. Is the ski equipment's price included ?

The ski school can't provide this equipment. We advise you to contact the professional shopkeepers in the resort. They will be able to give you the most suitable kit.

I enrolled in a beginner snowboarding lessons morning +afternoon. Is that not too much ?

No, but you will have to be really motivated and to be fit.

My child is only 3, can he join a group ?

Of course he can ! We train children from 3 at the kindergarten "Experience the Snow"

I would like to book some private lessons. How can I be informed for your availabilities and how can I do ?

For the private lessons, we will be pleased to inform you by phone, mail, e.mail, or at school when you arrive. But to be sure to get one instructor when you want, it's better to book the lesson before. We will be able to plan for you somebody with the right skills for the kind of ski lessons you want.

I would like to book some collective lessons for 3 days for my two children.

If you only want to get 3 lessonss, you won't be able to book them before. Please come and visit us when you arrive, in one of our offices in the resort, in order to buy directly your tickets.

Do you propose ski lesson for handicapped persons ?

We have some instructors able to teach ski for handicapped people, but we don't have the specific equipment . You will have to get it before your stay in Les 2 Alpes, because you won't be able to find it here.
